Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Injection Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding presses to produce high-quality components. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and consistent product quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding presses to produce precision parts according to specifications. Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on injection molding equipment. Handle materials safely using proper materials handling techniques. Assist with fabrication, assembly, and secondary operations such as blow molding or extrusion when required. Maintain accurate production records, and quality documentation; report any issues promptly to supervisors. Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying areas for process improvement and waste reduction. Experience Prior experience operating injection molding machines or similar manufacturing equipment is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge . Hands-on experience with hand tools, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments. Warehouse experience including materials handling, forklift operation certification preferred. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficient workflow and continuous improvement.
