Job Summary We are seeking a skilled molder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastics extrusion and injection molding processes, as well as proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. This role involves operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. Set up and adjust machinery based on specifications, including press brake machines. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify product dimensions. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety standards. Requirements Experience with plastics extrusion and injection molding processes is preferred. Familiarity with logic controllers and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts if necessary. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is advantageous.
