Additional Tasks Employees may be assigned temporary and reasonable tasks that align with the nature of their position or are required to support operational needs. Process Technician Position Information General Overview Start up, shut down, and troubleshoot injection molding machines Monitor production runs to ensure parts meet quality specifications Perform process adjustments to maintain quality and machine efficiency Troubleshoot molding defects such as flashes and short shots Support Mold Setters during changeover and set up activities Assist with mold trials, sampling activities, and new product launches Escalate any deficiences with parts or machines Perform material handling duties as needed Must be available to work overtime as needed Qualifications Previous experience in plastics injection molding required Previous powered equipment experience required Good communication skills, verbal and written Ability to understand quality
