Role:

We're seeking someone to run an engine lathe to help machine custom plastic parts. No prior blueprint-reading or machine setup required — we'll train you on the specifics. This is a hands-on, shop-floor position for someone who's mechanically inclined and likes seeing a job through from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Operate an engine lathe to machine parts according to instructions provided Monitor the machine during operation and make basic adjustments as needed Check finished parts for basic quality and consistency Maintain a clean and safe work area Work collaboratively with other shop staff

What We're Looking For:

Handy, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools and machinery Enjoys hands-on work and making/building things Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work Good attitude and ability to work well with a team No prior lathe experience required — we'll train the right person

Schedule:
