Your first task:
set up an injection or blow molding cell to exact specifications, confirm the run sheet, and dial in the process parameters. Throughout the shift, you watch trends, make data-driven tweaks, and collaborate with engineering to keep quality spot-on and uptime high. When issues pop up, you troubleshoot quickly-because you know the machines, the materials, and the process. What You'll Do Set up and run molding equipment to meet production schedules and part specifications. Continuously monitor cycle parameters to maintain quality and consistency. Perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and resolve equipment issues. Partner with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and solve problems fast. Capture production data and keep accurate machine and process records. Coach and assist new team members on procedures and safety practices. Maintain a safe, orderly work area and follow all safety guidelines. Remain able to stand and walk for extended periods-up to 12 hours per shift. What You Bring High school diploma or GED; a technical degree/certification is a plus. Hands-on background as a molding process technician or similar role. In-depth understanding of molding machinery and process controls. Sharp problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime as required.
