$20.00•$22.00 per hour Job description: Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Mold Setter, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient setup, adjustment, and maintenance of molds used in plastics injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes. The Mold setter is responsible for preparing, installing, removing & maintaining molds on Aoki ISBM machines. NO prior Aoki experience is required. We will train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform mold changeovers on Aoki ISBM machines. Install, align, and secure molds according to specifications Perform basic mechanical adjustments during set up Follow established procedures for safe mold handling & machine operation Verify proper mold fit and machine operation before returning equipment to production Maintain mold change tools and work area in clean, safe condition Communicate issues to maintenance, process technicians, or supervisors. Follow all safety, quality and production guidelines Support general production tasks when needed.

Qualifications :

Mechanical aptitude required ( Auto mechanics, machine operation, maintenance , or similar experience is a plus ) Ability to learn technical processes Comfortable working with tools and equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail & safety Reliable attendance and willingness to learn Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding or industrial manufacturing. Forklift experience Prior mold setting or machine set•up experience Training provided : Aoki ISBM mold change procedure, Machine safety, mold handling & alignment techniques, Quality standards and troubleshooting basics.
