In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with assembly processes, and familiarity with factory operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and timely production of our products, supporting our commitment to excellence and operational efficiency. Duties Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical techniques according to detailed specifications and work instructions. Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility. Conduct quality checks during assembly to ensure products meet safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets. Use warehouse experience to manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of parts. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues that arise during assembly processes. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience, preferably in an assembly line setting. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control skills. Prior experience working with manufacturing or assembly processes is highly desirable. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
