As a plastic press operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products according to specification. Responsibilities Operate plastic injection molding presses according to production schedules Monitor machine functions, gauges, and indicators to ensure proper operation Perform quality inspections to verify dimensions, appearance, and overall product quality Record production data, machine settings, and any adjustments made during your shift Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and material handling Comply with quality standards, policies, and procedures Qualifications and Skills Must have the ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment Must have the ability to lift 10-30 pounds Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Must have full body motion: bending, twisting, standing, ext. Must have High School Diploma/GED Must be able to read and write English.
