$18.00 plus Job Summary Minutemen Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Wax Injection Molding Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate wax injection molding equipment to produce precision wax patterns used in the investment casting process. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality parts. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor wax injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules Inject wax into dies/molds to produce patterns for the investment casting process Inspect finished wax patterns for defects such as flash, short shots, warping, or surface imperfections Perform minor die/mold changes and adjustments as needed Trim, clean, and assemble wax patterns onto trees/sprues as required Maintain accurate production records, including part counts and quality checks Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the shift supervisor promptly Meet or exceed daily production and quality targets Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in wax injection molding, plastic injection molding, or investment casting a plus, but not required — willing to train the right candidate Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [25-50] lbs. Comfortable working around heat and molten wax Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a team environment Why Join?
