Injection Mold Operator - Night Shift (6 PM-6 AM)
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts (6 PM-6 AM)

Mogadore, OH Job Overview Seeking Injection Mold Operators responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines during a 12-hour night shift to ensure the safe, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing of plastic food storage containers. This position requires continuous attention to machine operation, product quality, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment throughout a 12-hour shift. Perform regular quality inspections of molded parts to identify defects and ensure product specifications are met. Remove, trim, sort, package, and label finished products. Monitor machine performance and production output, reporting any issues to supervisors, process technicians, or maintenance personnel. Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with company housekeeping practices.
