Mold Setters set up our injection molding machines and are responsible for maintenance of injection processes to meet standard cycle times and quality requirements. You must have the ability to set molds, hook up all necessary lines (such as water), and any additional setup before the processor takes over. Training will take place on 1st shift hours. Responsibilities Perform mold changes according to work order specifications Follow and document process parameters Handle material, monitor auxiliary equipment, and perform minor maintenance as required Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency and work with Processors/Quality Auditors as needed Perform setup, breakdown, and proper storage of auxiliary equipment Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment Detect faulty operators/defective material and report any issues to management Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools by cleaning, lubricating, greasing, and/or oiling Experience

• Plastic injection molding experience required
