Looking for an Mold Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Hours:

5:00AM-1:30PM MON-FRI Mold Machine Operator needed to operate molding equipment, inspect finished parts, document production activity, and support first-shift manufacturing operations. Job Requirements Prior molding machine experience strongly preferred Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment Ability to inspect finished parts for defects and dimensional accuracy Ability to document production output, scrap, and quality issues Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work 1st shift Preferred Skills Experience producing grommets, seals, or protective components Experience with molding equipment setup Basic machine maintenance experience Experience with routine equipment cleaning Experience following production schedules Experience working with strict quality standards Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor molding equipment according to production schedules Produce molded grommets, seals, and protective components Inspect finished parts for defects and dimensional accuracy Perform routine cleaning of molding equipment Complete basic machine maintenance tasks Document production output, scrap, and quality issues Follow safety protocols and maintain workstation cleanliness Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
