Job Description
Purpose Performs various operations and simple tasks such as pipe and material handling, measuring, stenciling, bundling, loading and unloading trucks, stock control, pipe yard control, dispatch, protector placing, tool changes, and scrap evacuation, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards. Job Description Performs a range of operational, handling, and support activities related to pipe manufacturing, yard management, and material logistics. Responsibilities include executing pipe handling, bundling, measuring, stenciling, band painting, and protector placement in accordance with established operational procedures and quality standards. Carries out machine setup and changeover operations, including tool and consumable replacement, and assists with preventive and operative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, calibration, and machine lockout/tagout procedures. Ensures the availability of production materials, paints, dies, and identification labels, and maintains the accuracy of information in tracking and manufacturing systems. Controls and monitors pipe stock and yard organization, prepares and issues packing lists and dispatch certificates, and ensures proper documentation of product movement and quality compliance.
