Job Summary The Set-Up Technician/Material Handler is responsible for supporting injection molding operations through machine set-ups, mold changes, material handling, and production support activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. DUTIES:

Set-Up Technician Perform mold changes and machine start-ups according to established procedures Set and verify process parameters for injection molding machines Assist with troubleshooting machines, process, and molding issues Ensure machines operate efficiently and producing quality parts Work closely with processing staff to optimize machine performance Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Material Handler Mixing materials according to Machine Setup Process Material setup at machine Assist with auxiliary equipment (dryers, granulators) Load, dry, and transport raw materials to production machines Monitor material usage and replenish materials as needed Move finished goods and production materials safely throughout the facility Maintain accurate material inventory and documentation Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely Ensure proper material identification and storage procedures are followed Qualifications High school diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery, equipment, or manufacturing processes Ability to use basic hand and power tools Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift, move, and position molds and equipment (with proper support) Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
