0% Job Summary The Mold Technician role is responsible for changing molds on foam molding machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain a safe work environment Change molds on foam molding machines in a timely and efficient manner Inspect molds for damage or wear and report any issues to management Clean and maintain molds to ensure proper functioning Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues to minimize downtime Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area All other duties as assigned.

• 6 months relative manufacturing experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in mold changing or strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Knowledge or experience in ERP/MRP systems Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office
