Join Our Manufacturing Team! Are you looking for an opportunity to build your manufacturing skills while being part of a team that takes pride in quality and safety? We are looking for a Dip Mold Operator to join our manufacturing team! As a Dip Mold Operator, you will operate production equipment, monitor the manufacturing process, perform quality inspections, and ensure products meet our high standards. No two days are exactly alike, and you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow your career in manufacturing. What You'll Do Safely operate dip molding equipment and related production machinery. Follow established work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements. Load and unload finished products. Monitor equipment and the production process to ensure products meet specifications. Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products. Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify product quality. Identify and report quality issues or nonconforming material. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Maintain production, quality, and efficiency standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work closely with Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance to address production concerns. Participate in training and learn new processes and equipment. Support continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and productivity. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and takes pride in doing quality work. You'll be a great fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED preferred. Have previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred, but not required). Can read and follow written instructions. Have basic math and measurement skills. Pay attention to detail and take pride in producing quality products. Are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work well independently and as part of a team. Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality. Are willing to learn and develop new skills. Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing position.
