This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. While prior manufacturing or plastics experience is preferred, it is not required. Responsibilities Operate and monitor injection molding machines to meet production requirements and maintain efficient workflow Conduct careful visual inspections of small, molded parts to ensure quality standards are met Assist with weighing, packaging, and labeling molded parts at assigned presses Support molding operations as needed, including reworking on-hold parts, sorting returned parts to isolate defects, and relieving other operators on the floor Report production issues, such as equipment problems or defective products, to QA or supervisory staff Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Qualifications and Skills Good eyesight for inspecting small parts Strong work ethic and reliability; attendance is critical Prior manufacturing or plastics experience preferred but not required Must have reliable personal transportation Successful completion of a background check
