Shift:

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Day Shift) We are currently seeking dependable Fill Operators and Mill Operators to join our client's production team in Jamestown, PA. These positions play an essential role in our paint and coatings manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced, filled, and prepared safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate production and filling equipment according to batch instructions Load raw materials, monitor production, and ensure proper mixing and milling Transfer paint from tanks to containers (1-gallon cans up to bulk transports) Label and prepare finished products for shipment Clean and maintain tanks, hoses, and production areas Handle drums, raw materials, and finished goods safely Complete batch documentation and maintain accurate production records Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures Requirements High school diploma or GED Ability to work in a factory containing paint fumes Ability to read and follow written procedures and safety guidelines Basic math skills for batch measurements Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs and working on your feet throughout the shift Able to safely work with combustible and flammable materials Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused Forklift operation experience preferred Benefits Competitive starting pay Steady day-shift schedule (no rotating shifts) Full-time employment with long-term stability Training provided with opportunities for advancement
