Direct HireA growing plastics manufacturing company is hiring a Blow Mold Technician for their 2nd shift team in Manchester, PA. This is a hands-on role focused on machine setup, troubleshooting, changeovers, and keeping production running efficiently. Overtime is available and the company offers strong benefits and long-term stability. What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate extrusion or injection blow molding machines Perform mold and material changeovers Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production output Troubleshoot machine and process issues during production runs Perform basic quality checks and complete production paperwork Support minor maintenance and keep equipment running efficiently Maintain a clean and safe production environment What We're Looking For2+ years of hands-on blow molding or injection molding experience Experience with machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting Ability to perform changeovers independently Plastics manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Overtime opportunities Long-term direct hire opportunity
