Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc., in Titusville, PA produces customized shapes primarily for original equipment manufacturers that are cold rolled from purchased coiled strip, flat bar or extruded bar at its Precision Rolled Products department and as well as operates three vacuum-arc remelting furnaces. Must have a machining background and be able to use and understand micrometers.
Basic ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate milling and grinding equipment to produce templates and rolls.
Interpret drawings and work order given by supervisors.
Maintain inventory of template materials and tools.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.

KPRP ROLL GRINDERPrimary Function:
Uses CNC Landis grinder to produce templates and machine rolls to be used in the plant.Must have a machining background and be able to use and understand micrometers.
