Processing Technician Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor / Processing Technician to lead and manage our plastic injection molding operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding and a strong background as a processing technician. This role combines supervisory leadership with technical expertise to ensure production efficiency, quality compliance, and safe operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise daily plastic injection molding operations as a Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor / Processing Technician . Lead a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and mentorship. Serve as a hands-on Processing Technician , performing setup, troubleshooting, and operation of injection molding machines. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards, efficiency, and safety compliance. Maintain accurate production documentation and reports. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize molding efficiency and reduce downtime. Collaborate with management and quality teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding as a Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor / Processing Technician . Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and equipment. Hands-on technical skills as a processing technician, including machine setup and troubleshooting. Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.
