Seeking a Molder experienced in insert molding of thermoset plastics. Large line of miniature electronic parts made with medal and plastic molded together. Good eyesight and ability to handle small parts. Opportunity for growth in expanding electronic product lines.

Functions/responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor thermoset molding machines for insert molding of metal and plastic miniature electronic components.
• Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Follow work instructions, processes, and procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, using required safety equipment
• Assist other departments as necessary

Experience/Skills:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with small components
• Experience operating thermoset molding presses is preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and procedures written in English
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Good vision and hand-eye coordination
• Excellent attention to detail

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
