Extruder Operator

Marion Ceramics is now accepting applications for positions at our manufacturing facility in Marion, SC. We have several positions open as kiln fireman and machine operator. We're looking for motivated individuals with a record of dependability and outstanding job attendance.

Duties may include:

Be able to learn how to extrude clay products through wet clay extrusion Making quality inspection to maintain quality standards Be able to lift 50 pounds and have the ability to make changeovers Follow safety standards enforced by Marion Ceramics Other duties as assigned Maintain a clean, safe, ordered work area Follow the Company's policies and standard operating processes

Requirements :

Mechanically inclined Extrusion knowledge is a plus Experience in a manufacturing environment Be able to work by themself Detailed oriented Excellent analytical skillset

Job Information:

Must have manufacturing machine operation experience Normal working hours 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday- Friday Must be able to work overtime if needed on a daily or weekend basis
