Job Description
ZeroMold is a leading-edge provider of mold remediation . We restore homes and businesses with professionalism, precision, and integrity. We're expanding and looking for skilled technicians who want to grow with a forward-thinking team. What You'll Do Set up containment, perform demolition, and apply non-toxic treatments Act as the on-site contact for property owners, adjusters, and partners Operate equipment (HEPA vacuums, air scrubbers, foggers, moisture meters, etc.) Follow EPA, OSHA, and IICRC standards for safety and compliance Document jobs with before/after photos and digital tools Maintain clean tools, vehicles, and worksites What We're Looking For 2+ years in mold remediation, restoration, or construction Knowledge of containment, moisture control & remediation best practices Comfortable in PPE, confined spaces, crawlspaces, and hot/damp environments Strong communication & customer service skills Valid driver's license & clean driving record Tech-savvy with mobile apps/digital documentation Bonus Points Large-loss commercial project experience IICRC certifications Familiarity with estimating/job tracking software Desire to move into a lead/supervisory role
