Molding Operator I Pay Rate:

$19.04 per hour

Shift/Nights Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10-12-hour shifts, with every other weekend coverage on Friday and Saturday We are seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for a Molding Operator I position. The Molding Operator I operates and maintains injection-molding presses while ensuring that products meet quality and production requirements. This is an entry-level opportunity. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, follows established procedures, and can perform routine production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Typical Duties Operate and maintain injection-molding presses. Visually inspect molded products to ensure they meet requirements outlined in the Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and mold book. Package completed products according to the packing process sheet. Complete required paperwork, including production, scrap, downtime, equipment issues, problems, and labor reporting. Perform weight counting, fill totes, and label products to ensure count accuracy. Move products from one process to the next. Load and unload components into and out of molds, depending on machine automation. Follow established procedures to complete assigned tasks. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Entry-level position; little to no prior manufacturing experience required. Willingness to learn company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities. Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions. Ability to perform routine tasks consistently and accurately. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work 10-12-hour overnight shifts. Availability to work Monday through Friday and every other weekend on Friday and Saturday as required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
