You will lead a crew of 2-4 technicians, manage daily documentation, interface with property owners, and ensure every job meets IICRC S520 and TDLR compliance standards. This role requires field leadership — not just field labor. Core Responsibilities Design and execute Condition 2/3 containment zones including negative air pressure systems, HEPA filtration, poly sheeting barriers, and decontamination chambers Operate and interpret readings from moisture meters (pin/pinless), psychrometers, and thermal imaging cameras Perform mold removal, HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial application, and structural drying per

Calculate and deploy correct ACH (Air Changes per Hour) ratios for contained work areas Lead and supervise 2-4 field technicians — assign tasks, enforce PPE/safety protocols, and handle on-site corrective action Document daily moisture readings, site photos, scope changes, and crew hours using restoration management software (Encircle, DASH, Xactimate, or equivalent) Communicate containment logic, scope, and remediation progress clearly to property owners and adjusters Coordinate post-remediation clearance testing and troubleshoot any PRV failures systematically Participate in emergency on-call rotation Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on mold remediation and structural drying experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle operation) Demonstrated experience with containment engineering controls and
