Brenham, TX Hours:

7:00 am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. One shift facility

Pay:

Starting at $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Overview Mechanical Rubber Texas is looking for an experienced Lead Plastic Injection Molding Operator who can run machines, solve problems on the floor, and help lead a small team. This is a working lead position — you'll be hands-on with setups, mold changes, and troubleshooting while keeping production moving and quality on point.
