Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? UTEX is seeking a Rubber Molding Operator to safely and efficiently process and mold rubber materials. This role is essential to maintaining our high-quality standards and ensuring on-time production.
What You'll Do:
As a Rubber Molding Operator Your responsibilities will include: Mold blanks.
  • Inspect Parts.
  • Troubleshoot.
  • Implement and practice Lean Manufacturing tools including 5S, increased productivity and eliminating waste.
  • Assist in cross-training.
  • Complete maintenance inspection sheet.
  • Maintain 5S checklist as it applies to your work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
What We're Looking For:
Must be able to read & follow work order instructions.

Must have knowledge of all product lines.

Must be able to work with Technical Engineers on new parts and R DMust be able to learn basic computer skills.

Must be able to use measuring devices.

Must follow company procedures at all times.

Must be able to visually inspect materials.

Must be able to work without supervision.

Must be able to work in an environment with various temperatures.

Must able to lift 50lbs. up to 5 ft. high.
Work Environment:
This job operates in an office and manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses tools and other such equipment during the course of the job duties. Provided Personal Protective Equipment, as well as steel-toed boots or shoes, must be worn at all times.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Why UTEX?
