This position is responsible for coordinating foam molding processes, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, extrusion, or related production environments and possesses strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. What You'll Do Support and coordinate foam molding production processes Monitor and optimize manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment Work with CNC machines, CNC lathes, press brakes, and fabrication equipment Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools Assist with assembly and fabrication activities as needed Monitor manufacturing processes utilizing PLC-controlled equipment Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Follow all safety procedures and lean manufacturing practices Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, plastics processing, foam molding, injection molding, extrusion, or related industries Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience working with CNC equipment, fabrication tools, and manufacturing machinery Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment preferred Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings Understanding of lean manufacturing principles Warehouse or materials handling experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and measurement skills What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and maintaining high-quality production standards.
