Job Description
We are hiring a dependable Rubber Molding Production Operator for a manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for operating hydraulic presses used in rubber molding production, inspecting finished products, troubleshooting defects, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hydraulic presses during molding production runs
- Load molds, monitor cure times, temperatures, and pressure settings
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy using gauges
- Troubleshoot defects and report issues to supervisors
- Perform trimming, stacking, finishing, and packaging tasks
- Maintain production records and complete paperwork
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment
- Move finished products to designated areas
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
- Ability to work 3rd shift consistently
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or with a team OTHER
