We are seeking a dependable Roll Thread Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating thread rolling equipment to produce precision-threaded metal components. Candidates should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with metalworking machinery, tooling, and measuring equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and operate roll thread machines Select and install proper tooling and dies according to job requirements Perform die changes and make machine/tooling adjustments Monitor machine operation and product quality Use calipers and other basic measuring tools for in-process inspections Troubleshoot basic machine or tooling issues

REQUIREMENTS

1+ year of thread rolling experience preferred, but not required Prior experience operating metalworking or manufacturing machinery required Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools Able to perform basic measurements using tape measure Able to follow work instructions and production requirements Valid Driver's License required Willingness to learn and train on thread rolling equipment
