Mold various size billets, PTFE valve liners and encapsulated discs with all molding methods Blend materials in accordance with engineering standards and procedures Responsible for the proper utilization of tools and equipment necessary to produce molded products in accordance with engineering standards Assure maximum cleanliness of both molds and materials is maintained at all times during the course of operation Load molds with proper materials and operate equipment with established procedures in order to fabricate preformed parts Maintains accurate production records and job history Keeps a clean and orderly work area Performs any other assigned duty as directed by management Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… Continuous standing and lifting of 5 to 35 pounds Frequent bending, stooping, pulling, pushing and climbing Must be able to operate a sit down forklift and stand up (cherry picker) Able to work in extreme temperatures, cold and hot Must be able to read tape measurements Must be able to follow routine procedures Must be able to use complex equipment requiring continuous attention Must be able to make minor decisions Your Experience Should Be… May require a high school diploma/GED or previous years of experience in the field/related work area in lieu of education Ability to read a tape measure Must be able to read proficiently and write legibly Must have demonstrated good job performance and good attitude Must be a team player 0-2 years experience in machine operator capacity Our Benefits Package… Medical, dental and vision insurance Employer contributions to an HSA account Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage Basic life insurance with the option to purchase supplemental individual, spouse and dependent child coverage Up to two weeks of paid parental leave 401k retirement savings plan including a company match Chart Industries is an equal employment opportunity (EEO) employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicants because of his or her race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, military status, marital status, genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law.
