Adonis Bronze , one of the Nation's top Bronze Sculpture Casting foundries, is seeking full time Artisans to help with the creation and reproduction of fine art sculpture, as well as custom Architectural Features, Moldings, and Patterns. Adonis Bronze's work is featured in Museums, Galleries, Universities, Government Buildings, and Private Collections across the country. Some of our clients include Walt Disney Imagineering, NFL Football Hall of Fame, Academy of Television Arts & Science (The Emmy Award), The Smithsonian, and US Capital Washington DC. Job Description We are looking for artistic individuals to work specifically in the following areas.

Sandblasting Department:

Specific duties: pouring bronze, chipping off ceramic shell, sandblasting and cleaning of cast metal sculptures, cutoff metal pouring system, final sandblasting prior to application of patina finish. Will split time with Other Departments. See "

Mold Making:

(applying Silicone rubber to create a master mold) Wax Pouring (pouring wax into molds to create wax patterns)

Wax Re-touching:

(touching up wax patterns)

Ceramic Application:

(dipping wax patterns into ceramic material)

Metal Pouring:

(pouring molten metal into ceramic molds)

Ceramic Removal:

(chipping off ceramic from cast bronze pieces).

Welders:

(welding sculpture and fabricated art pieces)

Metal Finishers:

(fitting, grinding, sanding, polishing, detailing) Will split time with other departments.

Basing & Finishing, Packaging & Shipping:

(mount sculptures on wood and marble, build packing crates, foam packaging, ) Will split time with Basing Finishing, Packaging and Shipping as well as other Departments.

Facility Maintenance:

(General facility upkeep) Will split time with Basing Finishing, Packaging and Shipping as well as other Departments.

Digital Modeling:

(ZBrush, CAD, Geomagic, Powermill, Autodesk) 3

D Printing Technician :

(model set up, digital sizing, 3D printing, removal and cleanup)

CNC Operator :

(machining foam and wood patterns)

Pattern Making :

(assembly of foam, wood, and plaster patterns) Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant work experience preferred but not required
