Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and prioritizes safety while adhering to company policies. This position offers a great opportunity to build experience in a dynamic fulfillment center setting. We are looking to fill this role immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and warehouse regulations Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support safe and efficient workflows Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock organization Follow all operational guidelines, including product handling and equipment use Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth, coordinated operations Adhere to confidentiality and security standards to protect customer information and products

Qualifications:

Prefer high school diploma or equivalency. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems is a plus. Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures. Basic math and computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
