Mold Setup Technician / Production Support Ebbe America - 5.0 Clearfield, UT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17 - $19 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Paid holidays 401(k) 3% Match Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off On-the-job training Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Forklift Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Materials handling Hand tools Full Job Description About the Role We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Mold Setup Technician / Production Support team member to assist our Mold Operator with mold setup, changeovers, cleaning, and general production support. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, learning mechanical processes, and staying active throughout the workday. Previous molding or machine setup experience is helpful but not required . We're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Set up, install, and change out molds according to production schedules Clean, inspect, and prepare molds between production runs Verify mold alignment, fit, and condition before startup Assist the Mold Operator with production activities and troubleshooting Use basic hand tools and equipment safely Help move, stage, and organize materials as needed Assist with warehouse duties, including material handling and inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and production instructions Perform other production and warehouse support tasks as needed What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning hands-on skills Comfortable using or learning to use basic hand tools Prior mold, tooling, machine setup, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not strictly required Strong attention to detail Forklift and Overhead Crane experience is a plus Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods Ability to regularly lift and move 50-100 lbs Flexible and willing to assist with different tasks throughout the facility Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team What We Offer Starting pay of $17-$19/hour , depending on experience On-the-job training Opportunity to develop valuable manufacturing and mechanical skills Hands-on experience with mold setup, tooling, and production equipment [Benefits, PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, 401(k), etc.] To Apply If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you. Pay:
