We're partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer seeking experienced Injection Molding Process Technicians to support one of the most advanced automated molding operations you'll likely encounter. If you thrive troubleshooting molding processes, optimizing production, and working around sophisticated automation, this could be an outstanding opportunity. This isn't a traditional production technician role. You'll help support highly automated manufacturing cells that combine injection molding, robotics, automated inspection, and precision assembly to manufacture life-changing medical devices in a clean, regulated environment. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding processes to improve quality, cycle time, and productivity.
• Support highly automated molding cells utilizing robotics, custom automation, automated inspection systems, and precision handling equipment.
• Diagnose molding defects, material issues, tooling concerns, and process variation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production, Tooling, and Automation teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
• Support process validation and new product introductions in a regulated medical device environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability, uptime, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Help maintain stable, repeatable manufacturing processes that consistently produce high-quality medical components. What We're Looking For
• Approximately 5+ years of injection molding process experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving molding processes, materials, and production issues.
• Experience working around highly automated manufacturing cells.
• Scientific molding experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Arburg or similar injection molding equipment is a plus.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing experience is preferred.
• RJG Master Molder certification is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

You Don't Need to Be an Automation Programmer This role is ideal for someone with a strong injection molding background who has worked around highly automated manufacturing equipment. If you understand molding processes, materials, and troubleshooting—and you're comfortable working alongside robotics and automated systems—we'll provide the training needed to learn our custom manufacturing equipment. • $25.00-$33.00/hour (flexibility available for exceptional candidates)
• 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Day Shift Differential:

+10%

Night Shift Differential:

+15%
