Seeking a Mold Press Operator in the Brattleboro, VT area . This is a full time third shift position starting at $18.60/hour .

Responsibilities:

Monitor product quality through visual and mechanical inspection criteria Load presses with extruded stock, operate presses to achieve desire output, keep WIP material moving in department, provide feedback on how process is running Run quality tests during production to help monitor product throughout shift Ability to assist in all areas of the sole molding department Report to

Shift Supervisor Requirements:

Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred Basic math skills required Ability to see, read, and follow instructions/procedures/policies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and cooperation Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, climb, grasp Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
