Piller Aimmco, a leading plastic injection molding facility in Washougal, WA is hiring Machine Operators to join our growing team! No experience is required, just we'll train you and help you build a rewarding career in the plastics industry! Position Overview As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement into technical, quality, or engineering positions.

Shifts Available Night Shift:

7:30pm - 7:45am (12-hour rotating schedule) Includes scheduled weekends and overtime opportunities. This role requires consistent, reliable attendance due to our team-based production environment.

What You'll Do Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently Inspect and package plastic parts Perform basic measurements and quality checks Follow standard operating procedures Document production output and quality checks Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Maintain regular and predictable attendance Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours and lift up to 30lbs Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule Basic math and measurement skills Reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn Willing to learn and grow Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required!
