We have a 2nd shift Molding Operator position available at our Eau Claire plant. The hours are 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday . Join our team and be part of something great!
Job Summary:
As an entry-level Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production of plastic components through the operation of injection molding machines. This position involves hands on work, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and product quality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate injection molding machines manually and/or automatically Perform finishing and trimming of molded parts to specification Conduct basic part inspections for defects or quality issues Complete required production and inspection paperwork accurately Maintain cleanliness of work areas Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders Qualifications High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Must be safety conscious and reliable
Education:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the hiring manager.
