Role Description This is a back of house, part-time, on-site role located in Edgerton, Wisconsin. As a Wellness Product Trimmer, you will be responsible for efficiently manicuring harvested flower to meet quality, compliance, and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to work on the same project, and a commitment to maintaining product quality throughout the post-harvest process. Your day-to-day tasks will also include maintaining Hand-trim harvest to maintain flower structure and preserve quality. Properly separate usable flower from trim and waste; accurately label and track materials. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation throughout all activities. Assist with curing, sorting, and packaging as needed. Operate trimming equipment safely, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning. Support post-harvest team in meeting daily and weekly production targets. Comply with federal regulations and internal safety protocols. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma Prior experience in flower trimming or post-harvest processing preferred. Strong ability to trim efficiently while maintaining quality. Ability to work in a repetitive, fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Knowledge of plant structure, and quality standards is a plus. Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
