Richfield, WI & Germantown, WI Shift:
6:00am-2:30pm (Flexible),
Monday-Friday Pay:
Based on experience Job Summary We're hiring a Mold Maintenance Technician responsible for minor repair, assembly/disassembly, and preventive maintenance of injection molds at the MGS Richfield facility. This role involves daily use of toolroom equipment to troubleshoot, repair, and improve plastic molds and hot systems. Responsibilities Perform minor repair, assembly, and disassembly of injection molds Conduct preventive maintenance on molds to ensure reliable, efficient operation Use toolroom equipment daily — mills, surface grinders, and lathes — to troubleshoot and repair molds Improve plastic molds and hot systems as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED Mechanically inclined with familiarity using hand tools Experience with mold repair/preventive maintenance preferred Lockout/Tagout and forklift experience Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs #BB2
