Full Time Work Hours (Shift): First•5am to 130pm (M-F) Second•130pm to 12am (M-TH)

Starting Pay :

First•$21.00 | Second•$22.50 (with premium)

Required Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate fin machines and core assembly equipment Assemble aluminum cores using fixtures and hand tools Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and shop drawings Stack, compress, and band core components Assist with flux preparation and brazing support processes Complete production documentation and ShopTrak transactions Maintain a clean and organized work area (6S standards)

Qualifications:

1-3+ years of manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Forklift experience is a plus (not required) #SKL1
