Injection Mold Press Operator (Set-Up & Processing)

• 1st Shift Triangle Tool LLC is a one-stop, full-service shop based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

At our modern facility, we specialize in building complex plastic injection molds. Our team of experienced designers and highly skilled toolmakers produce tight-tolerance molds while staying focused on quality and the customer. This is not a production-only role, you'll be involved in sampling, troubleshooting, and getting molds ready for real-world use.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team-centered environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
• Injection mold sampling or processing preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Set up and process new and repaired injection molds
• Start up jobs, dial in processes, and adjust as needed
• Work directly with customers during mold samplings, helping dial in processes and ensuring parts meet expectations
• Monitor machine performance and part quality
• Troubleshoot molding issues and make corrections on the go
