Job Description
Summary Uses orbital sanders and routers to polish and finish products per customer specification. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Uses orbital sanders and routers to sand and shape solid surface countertop materials Operates overhead crane to load and unload stone and quartz slabs onto work tables Operates pneumatic polishing tools to shape and polish stone Attaches and install undermount and integrated sinks into countertops and drill holes as needed Accurately reviews blueprints and job drawings to complete daily work Inspects, measures and compares completed job to templates and/or shop drawings to verify quality and accuracy of work including proper edge profile Uses tape measure to accurately measure and mark work Advises the supervisor of any missing and/or defective items Communicates job progress when transitioning between shifts Maintains a clean work area to ensure cleanliness and safe working conditions are maintained Performs minor maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safe and effective operation Follows all Company Policies & Procedures and adheres to all OSHA protocols Assists with various other duties as needed The Ideal Candidate Would Have the
