Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Injection Molding Set Up/Processing Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, maintain product quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Set up and monitor injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts
- Set up molds and perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper production
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments to the process
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plastic molding, Tool Set Up, injection mold press startup and operation required
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections on finished products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Skills:
- Proficient in operating injection molding machines and related equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine monitoring using logic controllers 5 Day work week 2nd, and 3rd shift available.
Pay:
$28.00- $33.
