Overview:

Masterson Staffing St Croix Falls is seeking motivated, self reliant individuals to fill 1st & 3rd shift plastic injection molding positions at our Client company. 1st shift Monday

• Friday 7am-3pm $17/hour 3rd shift Sunday
• Thursday 11pm
• 7am $18/hour

Duties:

• Operate injection molding machines as per work instructions
• Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Assemble and fabricate components using various tools and equipment
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications

Requirements:

• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes
