What You'll Do As a Dip Mold Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products while working with specialized coating and molding equipment.

Responsibilities include:

Operate, monitor, and adjust dip molding and coating equipment to maintain product quality. Prepare dipping solutions, molds, and substrates following established procedures. Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Accurately record production data, batch records, lot numbers, and process parameters. Document in-process quality inspection results. Identify and report equipment issues, material concerns, or process deviations. Work closely with the production team to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Work Environment Production facility with a hot working environment . Active, hands-on role that requires standing, moving, and working around manufacturing equipment. Safety-focused workplace with proper procedures and training provided.
