$18.00Duties & Responsibilities:
- Mixes pizza crust dough according to established Company procedures and meets all production standards.
- Obtains raw materials necessary to prepare dough and records lot codes for all raw materials.
- Weighs each ingredient needed for the recipe then adds them to mixer
- Records operational and production data on specified forms and documents changes to recipes to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Observes production and monitors equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Monitors inventory to ensure materials are rotated according to date and communicate any issues to supervisor.
- Regularly communicates with the shift supervisor and keeps him informed of any process / equipment issues.
- Maintains a high level of general sanitation in his work area and follows Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Must report any food safety concerns to appropriate personnel with authority to initiate action related to the concern.
- Post-Operation Cleaning
- Understands and follows all established safety procedures and uses required personal protective equipment to reduce/prevent injury to self and others.
- Successfully completes OSHA training and maintains / complies with OSHA regulations affecting operations. Successfully completes additional safety training including Emergency Action Plan, LOTO, Hazard Communication, and Ergonomics.
- Successfully completes required SQF / Food Safety training annually and other training specific to this job.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Required skills and abilities
- Ability to adapt to change in priorities on a daily basis; solve practical problems; follow written or verbal instructions; communicate professionally with a wide variety of people; manage time effectively; motivate self and others; pay attention to detail and work with tight deadlines; perform basic math (counting, add, subtract, divide, and multiply).
