Job Description

Location:
Pewaukee
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Set-up and operate production on various types of grinding machines to grind a variety of parts according to standardized documentation.
All part features such as:
flat surfaces, outside and inside diameters, shoulders, tapers, and contours are required to meet finish and dimensional specifications established in the standardized documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of simple algebra and geometry and a practical working knowledge of some specialized field or trade. (Equivalent to four years of high school) One or more years' experience in one of the following types of grinding: Rotary surface grinding ID / OD grinding Centerless grinding Sphere grinding Ability to continuously (50% or more of the time) lift or carry of 0-15 lbs. material. Frequent (10-50% of the time) lifting or carrying of material of 15-50 lbs.
