Pewaukee, WI Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Core Maker & Finisher to start

IMMEDIATELY

at $20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Responsibilities Review core schedule and verify tooling and markings Form reinforcing rods and wires manually or with machines Operate sand mixers to fill core boxes with sand Vent and remove cores from molds onto flat-bottom boards Label and organize finished cores on racks Inspect and receive cores from outside suppliers Apply coatings (e.g., graphite) and load cores into ovens Finish and dress cores with hand and power tools Repair surface imperfections and stage cores for molding Follow safety procedures and report issues Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or 6-12 months related experience Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios Ability to apply common sense instructions and problem-solving Previous experience with hand/power tools and working in dusty, noisy environments Skills General labor skills and core mixing/finishing Use of hand tools, grinders, files, scrapers, putty knives Operating ovens and mixing equipment Proper use of safety gear: glasses, hearing protection, safety boots, gloves Attention to quality standards and safety Why choose Integrity Trade Services At Integrity Trade Services, we value our employees by offering a competitive weekly paycheck and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
